• All items are made-to-order or pre-order.

• Shipping may take approximately 2–3 months.

3. About the Products

• Stamps are made from original hand-drawn illustrations.
• 印章均由手绘插画制作而成。
• Minor ink blur or gaps may occur due to the fine lines.

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a clear defect.
• 除明显质量问题外，恕不接受退换货申请。

4. Packaging and Shipping

• Items are shipped with simple packaging.

• We mainly use postal services such as Click Post.

• Shipping method may change depending on the order.

• Any difference in shipping cost may be treated as packaging material fee.

• If returned due to address issues or long-term absence,
you will be charged for reshipping and handling fees.

5. Returns and Defects

• Please check your items promptly upon arrival.

• If your item is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• 若商品有损坏，请于到货后 7 日内与我们联系。
• Minor marks or printing imperfections that do not affect use are not covered.
• 不影响使用的轻微瑕疵、印刷模糊等情况将不予处理。

6. Cancellations and Payment
取消与支付
• Orders cannot be canceled or changed after purchase.
• 订单提交后将无法取消或更改。
• Payment is by credit card only.
• 仅支持信用卡支付。
• Login with a Pay ID account is required. Guest checkout is not available.
• 须使用 Pay ID 账户登录购买，不支持游客结账。
• Purchases cannot be made through the Pay ID app.
Please use a web browser (e.g., Safari or Chrome).
• 无法通过 Pay ID 应用下单，请使用网页浏览器（如 Safari 或 Chrome）操作。
• If you cancel your Pay ID account before shipping is completed,
your order will be automatically canceled.
• 若您在商品发货前注销 Pay ID 账户，订单将被系统自动取消。
• Credit card charges are finalized before shipment (not at the time of order).
• 信用卡费用将在发货前正式扣款（下单时仅为预授权）。
• Please ensure your credit card is valid for at least 2 months after your order.

7. Order Guidelines

• Access errors may occur at the start of sales due to heavy traffic.
• 销售开始时可能因访问量大而出现系统错误。
• Sales may close early if order limits are reached.
• 若订单数量超出预期，销售可能提前结束。
• If you will be away or traveling long-term, please notify us in advance.
We can hold your order until your return.
• 如您将长期外出，请提前告知，我们可为您保留商品。
• Please check your order history after placing an order.
Duplicate orders may occur due to connection issues.
• 下单后请务必确认订单记录，因网络原因可能出现重复订单。
• If duplication is confirmed, we will cancel the extra order.
• 若订单重复，我们将取消多余订单。

8. Purchase Limits and Anti-Resale Policy
购买限制与转售防止
• One order per person / household / address / account.
Even if the items differ, multiple orders will be canceled.
• 每人 / 每户 / 每地址 / 每账号仅限下单一次，商品不同亦不例外。
• Maximum of 10 items per order.
Orders exceeding 10 items will be canceled.
• 每单限购 10 件商品，超过部分将被取消。
Orders will also be canceled in the following cases:
• Ordering more than 1 of the same item
• Using different names to order to the same address
• Reordering an item already purchased in the past
• Using forwarding services without noting it in the remarks
• Suspected resale or commercial use
以下情况亦会取消订单：
• 同一商品下单超过 1 件
• 使用不同姓名向同一地址下单
• 重新购买已购商品
• 使用转运服务但未备注说明
• 被判断为转售或商业用途
